Engine block Pontiac Trans Sport Europe Vision 1995. From engine repair workshop completely overhauled 4 cylinder engine. 2,3l. 110 kW. Engine block completely disassembled . cleaned the removed parts , tested and calibrated .

New parts : pistons, piston rings , connecting rod , connecting rod bearings , main bearings , sparks, Water pump , filter , seals . Works : Engine block drilled . New parts : main bearing, connecting rod bearing, piston,piston rings, all chain tensioning rails, oil pumps chain, chain tensioner, water pump, timing belts, spark, diverse Screws as Head , connecting rod, oil filter antifreeze,all gaskets.

The following work was carried out ( 2004) : disassembled, cleaned and measured -motor, planned cylinder heads, drilled and planned -motorblock, ventiltrieb checked and adjusted, expanded valves , machined valve seats, disassembled and checked oilpump, renewed -all gaskets, renewed -all above wearing parts,motor fully assembled.
